The Kozja Stena (i.e. Goat’s Wall) Reserve Area is located in the so called Kozja Stena Mountain and is a real botanic paradise. It features more than 40 kinds of rare or endangered species.

One of the most remarkable representatives is the “white star of the mountain” – the Stara Planina Mountain edelweiss. The reserve area is included within the Central Balkan National Park.
